GYROKINESIS® Level I Teacher Pre Training Course Aug 20 - 25, 2026 with Alicia Parrish
The Gyrokinesis Level 1 Pre-Training Course provides a strong foundation in the Level 1 exercises and class formats, preparing students physically and mentally for the Foundation Course. Through consistent movement practice, students develop familiarity with the rhythm, flow, and structure that define the Gyrokinesis method.
Upon successful completion, students are eligible to continue to the Gyrokinesis Level 1 Foundation Course.

GYROTONIC® Level I Teacher Pre Training Course
Sept 17 - 22, 2026 with Alicia Parrish
The Gyrotonic Level 1 Pre-Training Course is an experiential introduction designed to build a strong foundation for the Level 1 certification pathway. This training supports students in developing a personal understanding of the exercises while preparing both physically and mentally for the Foundation Course.
Many students experience this course as a meaningful period of focused learning—almost like a retreat—where time is dedicated to deepening personal practice and connection to the work. Students are welcomed into a warm, supportive learning environment where learning unfolds step by step. We create a space where students feel encouraged to move, explore, ask questions, and build confidence in their understanding of the exercises.
Upon successful completion, students are eligible to continue to the Gyrotonic Level 1 Foundation Course.

Prerequisite:An established personal Gyrotonic practice typically including 10 or more sessions with a Licensed Trainer.

GYROTONIC® Level I Apprentice Review Course October 8 - 13, 2026 with Master Trainer Alicia Parrish
The Gyrotonic Level 1 Apprentice Review Course supports apprentices in expanding their experience and deepening their understanding of the Level 1 curriculum and provides dedicated time to revisit key material, refine teaching skills, and strengthen confidence as instructors while preparing for the Gyrotonic Level 1 Final Certification Course.

GYROTONIC® Level I Teacher Training Foundation Course Nov 5 - 17, 2026 with Master Trainer Alicia Parrish
The Gyrotonic Level 1 Foundation Course is an experiential and immersive training designed to support each student’s learning in a thoughtful and personal way. This course is both thorough and approachable, with time built in for questions, discussion, and meaningful practice. Students receive individualized attention as they develop both their understanding of the exercises and their teaching skills, including the careful development of hands-on cueing to support confident and effective teaching.
Students are welcomed into a warm, supportive learning environment where curiosity is encouraged and learning happens together. We create a learning space where students feel safe to ask questions, take their time with the material, and grow steadily into confident teachers. Upon successful completion, students receive a Certificate of Apprenticeship and begin their apprenticeship period, gaining experience and preparing for the Apprentice Review Course and Final Certification Course.

Prerequisite: Completion of Gyrotonic Level 1 Pre-Training Course
Early enrollment savings: Register 2 months prior to the start date and receive $50 off your studio fee, applied towards the balance due on the first day of the course.
