Class Description:  Join us for a wonderful introduction to the Gyrotonic Method over a sequential beginner class series that participants can learn together at the same pace. Learn how to safely use equipment, set the machine and weights to your needs at each class and know what props you may need while exploring key principles and beginner exercises of the Method.  

About Katie Tye:  Katie is a Structural Integrator, Massage Therapist, Reiki Master and Licensed Gyrotonic Apprentice.  Her knowledge of the body combined with her training for teaching Gyrotonic exercise along with a witty, nurturing and contagious spirit makes her classes warm, inviting and fun!  

Fine Print: This is a series of 4 + 1 bonus class over over 5 weeks. This way if you are out of town one week, no worries- pick it back up when you return to finish the series. Otherwise if you can make all 5 classes, that's a pretty sweet deal to get you started on your journey into learning this rewarding method! No 'make up' classes or prorates will be permitted as we have already factored in an extra bonus class in case you need to miss one for whatever reason.  Reserve your place now!
