Class Description: Join us for a wonderful introduction to the Gyrotonic Method over a sequential beginner class series that participants can learn together at the same pace. Learn how to safely use equipment, set the machine and weights to your needs at each class and know what props you may need while exploring key principles and beginner exercises of the Method.Â
Fine Print: Reserve your place now--  Space is limited as this is a semi private class format to ensure safe attention from your trainer. As this is a week with just 4 Saturdays, if you cannot make one Saturday in the series, you can have a discounted private session or attend another open level class as a 'make up'. No refunds or prorates. Â
NOTE: Â Extra precautions are in effect due to COVID-19. Â Course will be limited to a semi private format of 3 students, extensive cleaning and face masks are required in our clinic.
