      Superbill will be provided for insurance reimbursement. Dr. P personally accepts Medicare, Blue Cross out of network, and cash pay clients. No doctor's referral is needed to see your Physical Therapist. Other WAV Physical Therapists accept patients with Blue Shield and Cigna coverage. If you are using your insurance for coverage, only your co-pay will be due at the time of service.
